Frasier Revival?

I am aware that the cast don't want to do anothe episode of Frasier, but as a viewer, would you like to see just one more episode? Just to see what happened next, or for some other reason?

This is purely out of curiosity, and, as I have already said, I am clearly aware that Paramount said no more.

I said I would like it for one more episode, but I sadly know that it ain't gonna happen . But, we can always dream...

I voted 'no'. It'd only be for dollars and dimes, which I think would take away a lot of the show's credibility.

No - the show ended on a high and I liked where all the characters ended up. Let's leave them there.

I don't think it should happen. It'd be like Roger Moore still trying to run around as James Bond in Octopussy or A View to a Kill, or when Del and Rodney came back for three more episodes after the glorious and perfect slice of TV that was Time on Our Hands. Would be wrong and could only disappoint people, if only because their expectations would be so high.

Yeah, I think it comes down to a difference between appreciating something that was good while it lasted, and living in the past.

I've gone with no too. The expectations would be far too high and I don't think it would be a good idea. Just look at Only Fools and Horses...

Actually, on second thoughts, whilst a new episode per se would be, as already stated, overated before airing, I would still love to see a cast reunion of sorts, (as I believe has been done near the end of the shows run?), almost like a clip show. I think that would be nice to mark the 10th anniversary of the finale.

PS, who agreed with me initially? I'd really like to know.

I voted 'no'. These things invariably fail. Look at the three Only Fools and Horses 'comeback' episodes. I remember a terrible 'Dallas' reunion ep too. And the less said about the millennium 'Blackadder' ep the better.

No. There can't be any of us here who wouldn't love to see a fantastic, classic, top-notch episode giving us a catch-up with the Cranes, but the chances of it turning out like that would be pretty much zero.

I think that while I wouldn't want them to do another episode, I would like them to do something like what's already been suggested - something where they meet up for an anniversary and get interviewed about the good old days. If nothing else, it'd be a nice extra feature for a DVD. Of course, someone would have to buy Paramount some good anti-histamine cream for that, as I know they have an unfortunate allergy to extra features since childhood.

I totally agree, it was an insult to Moose and his son, Enzo (yup, i talk to animals and treat them as individuals), and I think you should take that comment back immediately. It wasn't even mildly humerous.

I'll be expecting that under the word "herecy" in next year's dictionary from the good people at Oxford.

Seriously, you might be right. Most people feel that seasons 8, 9 and 10 weren't anything special, so it might have been good if they'd quit while they were ahead. I couldn't say though, as I'm not hugely familiar with those seasons. Haven't seen them in quite a while, and not sure if I've seen them in their entirety.
