That would be from season 3's Crance Vs Crane. I actually didn't enjoy that scene. John Mahoney sounds like he's lost his voice as he yelps out that high pitched scream, similar to the 'Oh night diviiiiine' bit from Perspectives. He obviously can't reach that high a note, and it makes me cringe tbh.
