I'd say a glass of fine wine but unlike Frasier I don't spit it out.

A comedy of some sort before I go about my day; be it Frasier, Hot in Cleveland or something else I need to be put in a good mood and a good laugh will do just that :D

A book to read. I must read at night so I can get the other vital thing: sleep. :P

How many pages does it take to put you to sleep on average? I once went through an entire book, even though I was sleepy because I was curious to know how it ended. Sometimes the cure worsens the disease.

I have been known to do that too!
If I am already tired only 30-50 pages or so. If I am not, and start the night already part way into a book, I have been known to reach for a second book after finishing one.... bad bad bad! :blackeye:
I sometimes keep a collection of books I have read before on hand to read when I really need my sleep. If I know what is going to happen, I can resist the urge to turn the pages a little easier. Such virtue.
