Sounds lovley apart from the tomatoes is it strange that i don't like em fresh or dried but will eat ketchup ..lol. I like a lot of pasta and find it really does fill me up for a chunk of time so i don't fancy any thing else .

Hot dog in a bun with mushrooms & onions [ yes i did use wogglesgoggles :D ] with a sausage roll on the side ...which i wish was a cheese roll or cheese twist coz those are always nicer .

Pasta is nothing but carbs. Just out of curiosity, how does eating a buttload of carbs and not eating much protein help weight loss?

Heh, I was thinking that does sound like the opposite of the old Atkins diet.

No idea, just thought I'd try it. It's the essence of the Slimming World 'green day', which I've been quite successful with before. Knowing my luck it'll probably backfire and I'll gain instead. :D

Well - hard to tell if it's working in terms of weight loss. I'm 1.5lb lighter than I was a week ago, but that could be coincidence. I do feel very good and healthy for eating less meat, though. I haven't cut it out completely, I'm just eating a lot less of it. I'm snacking a lot less too, as I feel full for longer.

If you're too old the heat from the candles can set the doughnut on fire... :D

Happy birthday! :)

I've just realised I forgot to have a meal this evening (I usually eat at about 5pm).

I'm having massive olive cravings again, it's strange. Also, I realised earlier that I've eaten no meat at all for a week or two - not intentionally, I just haven't really fancied any.

I don't think I could forget about meat for a week! That just seems beyond human capabilities to me.

I agree with that. I can't stand their subs, and the smell when I walk past the shop makes me feel a bit ill. But their cookies - yum.
