What is the average time for you to go to bed?

I'm a night owl - I usually go to bed around 1:30-2 a.m. I'm sometimes up for even longer if I really get into something. I should really go to bed earlier but I'm so used to going at that time that I find it hard to get to sleep much before 2 a.m.

During the week it's around 10:00 or 10:30 because I have to be up by 5:30. Weekends depends what I'm doing. Usually between 11:00 and midnight.

On weeknights it's usually between 11:30 and midnight. I find it really hard to go to sleep before that, even if I have to get up around 6:30. On weekends or when I don't have to go to work in the morning, between 1 and 2 am.

Incidentally I've had a lot of trouble adjusting back to our time after my New York trip. Last week I couldn't go to sleep until 3 or 3:30 am. I've never had those problems before.

I don't have a particular bedtime - sometime between 10 and 12 normally. It makes no difference though, whatever time I go to bed, whether I feel quite awake or drop-dead knackered, I hardly ever fall asleep before about 2am.

During the week its between 10 and 10:30 coz i get up for 5am in the morning , weekends generally about 1am but i then do lay in till at least 11 i know im a lazy git .

I go to bed when I get there, usually between 8pm and 11am depending on what I am doing and whose bed I am in
