Worst Episode of Season 11

Postby CatNamedRudy » Mon Aug 11, 2008 3:37 am

Time to finally complete the Individual "Worst Of" polls. Then I'll take the winner/loser of each season and do a "Worst Episode of the Series" poll.

Ummmm....I did put Goodnight, Seattle on the list. Not sure why it didn't post!

Is there a way to edit the poll?

I'll begin with The Ann Who Came to Dinner.

Just can't handle Ann!

As much as I can't stand Ann, I chose Freudian Sleep.

Hate....that....episode.

I thought over a few and it came down to The Ann Who Came to Dinner...and Freudian Sleep, I chose the latter.

One thing I like about Ann Who Came to Dinner is after they find out her injuries (or something like that in hospital) and Frasier turns to Marty:

"I hope you enjoyed your sandwich!"

Because he knows, like we do, we're in for a long episode.

I have to say The Ann Who Came To Dinner as well. For the same reason that Cat mentioned. She was ok for one episode, but just very, very irritating in this one.

If the edit post button was still there, yes you could have edited your post and added 'Goodnight Seattle' to the bottom of the poll options

As an admin, I've added it for you anyway - hopefully no-one will be picking it though!

Thanks Stu. I did edit my post but I didn't see an option to edit the actual poll.

I thought that might be the case - it's always difficult for me as an admin to remember what registered users have / don't have, but for my own info, underneath your post was all your poll options and I just added another one at the end. Was there anything under the post textbox? when you edited it

It may be that only admins can 'see' poll options after it's been created.

Nope. Seemed rather odd to me that I couldn't edit my own poll but since it was an episode that I think is unlikely to be picked, I wasn't too concerned! Had I left off The Ann Who Came to Dinner, Freudian Sleep (which I love but I know is a "fan divider") or Coots and Ladders, it would have been a bigger problem!

Thanks for adding it though. :)

Yes, it was little things like that that made me not choose that episode as the worst. Freudian Sleep simply creeped me out. Or as Frasier said to Dr. Tewekesbury.... "I'm all weirded out!!"

Really? Both worse than the Ann episodes?

I kind of like Frasier Lite so I'm glad you picked Seabee Jeebies! :)

Yeah, i find them weak. I dislike Ann with a passion, but she's meant to be annoying, and i quite like the eps in general.

I don't so much mind The Placeholder but I find The Ann Who Came to Dinner both irritating and weak.

Frasier Lite cracks me up.

It was, I agree. I like when they are all on the floor trying to get all of the bird seed, and Frasier screams, "LOOOOOK AT YOURSEEELVEEES!!"
