John Mahoney and Peri Gilpin both appeared. Also, as has been discussed previously, Jennifer Tilley was one of Frasier's love interests on both shows.

Who appeared as someone in the same profession as Frasier on both shows. Just a hint.........remember on Frasier, Frasier was both a psychiatrist and a radio personality. (thusly, he had two professions)

Still working on this one, I assume this person played a shrink on Cheers (because lets face it other than Barfly Frasier only had one job on Cheers) and was a radio personality on Frasier?? Now just because someone calls in on a radio show, does not make them a "personality" - does it??

He was a shrink on Cheers. Although, we only know it because he wrote a book.

And yes, he was a radio personality on Frasier. And not somebody who called his show. He was an actual radio personality.

OK: Here's a fairly easy one for an Easter weekend!

Name the well known actor, who in his early days had a part in Dynasty, before he went on to have a solo career in the early 1980's. Also during this time he became a famous Dr. Henry, and after a frantic time he changed to an equally famous Dr. John in the early 90's. It was only in 1997 that he became a very famous US Marshall?

I have no idea about the answer but it sounds like a good idea to me
Woody: Pour you a beer, Mr. Peterson?

Norm: Alright, but stop me at one. Make that one-thirty.

I know that would be a toss up between James L. Brooks & Allan Burns, and would guess the former wrote a few more than the later, but I will have to get back to you with a definite.

mmm! there does seem to be some discrepancy as to the writers list for MTM, are you looking for David Lloyd, who seems to have written 31 episodes, as opposed to what IMDb state which is that James L Brooks wrote 58 episodes followed closely by Allan Burns who wrote 56 and David Lloyd only wrote 5??!!

David Lloyd is the correct answer. Imdb isn't the best for television, IMO.
