Travels With Martin (all-time favorite episode - do I really have to explain this one? Absolute hilarity)
A Midwinter Night's Dream (the whole chemistry between Niles and Daphne, the glockenspiel, the whole Wuthering Heights theme)
Look Before You Leap (children pointing...YOUR fault!, Buttons and Bows)
An Affair To Forget (the swordfight between Niles and Gunnar)
Room Service (well isn't this peachy!, Niles constantly falling asleep)

My thoughts always change on my top five episodes, but these five are pretty much constantly on my awesome list.

yeah agree with the travels with martin listing, daphne's "american accent" sure is good, i feel myself shouting at the tv with that bit as believe it or not i can pass off a pretty good accent and im scottish.

My top 5 ususally change from time to time, but right now they are:

Blay-Z-Boy
Frasier Crane's Day Off
Ham Radio
Dinner Party

The Adventures of Bad Boy and Dirty Girl-It makes me laugh a lot! I just love the way Kate and Frasier play off of each other.
Frasier Crane's Day Off-Frasier all doped up. Nuff said.
The Show Where Lilith Comes Back-Lilith rocks and I love the whole hotel scene from start to finish.
Room Service-Ohhhhh kay!
Goodnight, Seattle-It's full of laughs and tears. It's the perfect mix of comdey and seriousness and it was a great way to end the show. Plus the "positively quilty" goodbye scene between Frasier and Charlotte makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

It was REALLY hard to choose a top 5, even a current top 5. But these are the episodes that never fail to make me laugh, and the ones I usually go to when I want to share the glory that is Frasier with the uninitiated.

Frasier Crane's Day Off [Daphne's speech.. Niles' excellence.. Frasier's dopiness. Frasier at it's finest!]
The Innkeepers [a running joke with my husband.. "You must try his new specialty..... scrambled eggs!"]
Moon Dance [their dance gives me chills everytime]
The Ski Lodge ["You are not ze Crane I want!" .. "You're not even the SEX I want!"]
Caught in the Act [Frasier's "baby brother" performance at the end just kills me.]
A Man, A Plan, and a Gal: Julia [I watch this mostly for Frasier's "How rude" line.. it cracks me up.]
The Doctor is Out [I LOVE Patrick Stewart, "Excuse me, I'm looking for a guy" .. "Yeah, I kinda got that from the shorts."]
Ham Radio [Need I explain?]

When i'm drunk,it varies considerably.

Tough to choose only 5 but:

The Club - I found this a bit more subtle that The Inkeepers in showing how the brothers just can't work together. Niles' line "I could come part time. Thursday's a quiet day" is a classic.

Death and the Dog - The gradual descent of the cast into a depressive mood is so well done, and the sparring with the dog psychiatrist

Moondance - Both funny and touching

Voyage of the Damned - Roz: Threre's nothin in there but a coat stand with a hat on it!" Frasier: "Look closer, is the coat stand moving?"

Goodnight Seattle - Frasier "Bebe, tell me there's a chance you weren't involved in this (accident)", Bebe: "Oh darling......... there's always a chance....". A sublime finish to the best US sitcom ever.

No, I never liked the whole Frasier-dates-his-boss storyline either.

He never actually dated her. He just had sex with her. And in She's the Boss all they did was antagonize each other.

I don't know if I'd put "Enemy at the Gate" in my top 5, but it's certainly in my top 25. There are very few episodes that do a better job of showcasing Frasier's amusing personality flaws.
