You won't be popular for that choice!

I know what you mean, in Daphne and Martin's final segment it's nice to have the regular cast interaction back, and of course we did get Frasier and Roz interacting, just not face to face. But as a one off episode, I think this worked very well indeed, I think it's a classic.

I like all three segments of the episode, so i couldn't agree it's anywhere near the worst one. Fair enough though.

'First, Do No Harm' for me. I just find it pretty dull.

Seeing the entire season listed like that has made me realise just how few duds there are in S6. A few years ago around here you'd have thought S6 was the devil incarnate.

You're right, it was more like S666...

You're too kind, but they hardly needed me during S6, a season chock full of wit, warmth and hilarity!

(isn't it great not to be pilloried for these views anymore? )

'When A Man Loves Two Women' for me. I don't really know why I just know I always skip it.

I'm torn between Roz A Loan and the Woody episode. I'm not a fan of, well, any of the Cheers episodes - and I love Cheers, but the dynamics just didn't feel natural to me once he moved to Seattle (and the set-ups seemed a bit contrived also). Sure, that idea was explored in this episode but that doesn't mean that I have to like it. ;)

I said Dr. Nora. Just one that I am willing to skip to get to another episode, like When a man loves to women, which I enjoy.

I love Dr. Nora. The whole episode makes me laugh. Especially the end when Nora is running through the station screaming while her mom is chasing her!

Although I'm sure many of you will disagree I'm afraid I'm another Dr Nora fan. She's such a monster. I found the episode absolutely astonishing and outrageous, but it makes me laugh just to think about it.

I went with Woody. After looking through the episode guide, none really jumped out as being that horrible, so I went with the one I thought was the "least funny." The only thing funny I remember is where Frasier says "God bless the virus that invaded that little girls ear canal!"

I almost went with To Tell the Truth, not because it was the worst episode, but because it is where Donny is introduced. I really couldn't stand him.

As much as I have a problem with Daphne ever really being attracted to Donny (and even MORE of a problem with Roz EVER dating Donny), To Tell the Truth is one of my favorite S6 episodes.

Niles seeking comfort under the piano and then looking at all the dirt under there is priceless!

And come now! Donny is just SOOOO sexy! What's not to love?

I've never had any problem with Daphne or Roz having a relationship with Donny. I always thought it was more out of character for Daphne to finally fall for Niles after all the years of never noticing anything he did around her. He was even less her 'type', judging by the other guys you see her going out with.

After thinking about this for more than a week (am I indecisive or what?) I finally joined the majority and voted for 'Woody' because after 5 minutes of watching it you are wish it was over.

Close second for me is 'Our Parents, Ourselves'. I quite dislike Martin in this episode, I never liked Bonnie anyway and the baby alarm bit makes me cringe.

I like that ep apart from the last few cringing moments. I love this line...

Martin: It's a 'Funion Onion'! The chef sent it over with his compliments.
Frasier: I wonder what his insults are like.

I'd love to have the opportunity to use that line myself!

Even episodes you don't like have bits that make you smile. Are there any episodes where Frasier and Niles don't have some memorable lines?

They're few and far between, but you can find the odd humourless episode if you try hard enough *cough* War Of The Words *cough*

While humorless it may be, you have to admit BN, that there IS a memorable line! A BAD, BAD, BAD memorable line but one you never forget! (no matter how hard you try!)

The Good Samaritan, but it's a toss-up between that and The Show Where Woody Shows Up. The karaoke monologue of Frasier's saves that one for me.

I watched Hot Ticket last night and it wasn't that funny or interesting to me. Reading the reviews of it on the main page, it seems I'm not the only one that feels this way. It built up to that ending with the actor, which would have been more entertaining to see them make fools of themselves in front of everyone trying to give an opinion on a play they didn't even see, instead of having Frasier coax his way out of that situation with flying colors.

It pretty much has no sub plot either. The Daphne thing in the news paper only serves to set up the missing article than being it's own story. Another missed opportunity I think was not having Niles do more to try and see the photo which would have easily have made for a good laugh.

I will say that I enjoy when they use different sets or on location shoots, so I'll give it that, and the fact that we actually get to see Niles and Frasier go to a play (sort of) that they always spoke of. It's a shame as with a few tweaks here and there it had the premise of being a good episode.
