Fan Dividers - "Deathtrap"!

Well, following two 'victories' on the bounce I'm on to a certain loser here with my appreciation of the much-maligned Deathtrap.
I think this is a fun episode that briefly re-united the Frasier/Niles dynamic during the lean period of seasons 8-10, when it was much needed.
Many people cite the fact that the 'tell' is revealed to the audience in the very first scene thus 'ruining the mystery' element. All I'd say to that is this is a sitcom, not Murder, She Wrote (thank goodness!) and the situation is played for laughs as the audience gets to watch Frasier and Niles literally digging themselves in deeper and deeper.
There's plenty of other reasons to enjoy this ep too, but the clinching argument perhaps is that it was penned by the best season 8-10 writer by a country mile - Jon Sherman (he of Bla-Z-Boy and Fathers and Sons amongst others).
I voted...I like it!
