Apart from Frasier and Roz(I hope you respecct my decision for that), which of these KACL characters do you prefer?

Personally, I think its a tough one between Bulldog and Kenny, but I'll go for the latter due to his excellent lines and acting in the later series.

I voted Gil. Everytime he's onscreen I always have a smirk on my face! Bulldog is a close second...he didn't make the cut because he's only got the one gag really; womanizing.

Yeah, because making fun of Frasier, his rapid mood swings and general stupidity just aren't funny. :P

Okay, I'll give you the making fun of Frasier one  But the "this stinks, this is total BS, this is...oh there it is" really grinds my gears!

How about his stupidity? That leads to a lot of great comical moments. My point is, as I think everyone would agree, that he's not a one-trick pony.

I don't really think he's that stupid. Look at the episode where he chased away all of Roz's dates and looked after Alice and wrangled his way in...he's cunning...which you gotta be quite sharp for. Maybe he's not book smart or highly educated, but I don't think he's stupid. I do like Bulldog though, don't get me wrong. I just think Gil makes me laugh harder and that's why he gets my vote.

When I say he's stupid, I mean the times in the earlier seasons where he admits things go over his head. I agree, he's devious in terms of his womanizing though. Gil does give big laughs, but Bulldog provides laughs more often, and many just as big or bigger than Gil's.

Bulldog, Gil very very close behind. I never liked Kenny's char much.

I get what DHP Means :P

(Bulldog holds mistletoe up)
Bulldog: Hey Roz, you know what's over my head?
Roz: Almost any clever remark?
Bulldog: Hey, what's she mean by that?
Huge Frasier/Beatles fan ^_^

Martin: Daphne, I just thought of something funny - it took 3 Cranes to lift you!
Hungry Heart - After Daphne is helped up by Niles, Frasier and Martin.

I noticed that too Nervosa.

I do really like Bulldog, but I think that Kenny was really funny in the later episodes. Eg: in The Harrased, theres a funny exchange between Roz and Kenny.

Frasier: Oh, Roz, you couldn't be more off the mark.
Roz: Typical man. You always want to get in there and rescue us,
but the minute things get messy, you just can't handle it.
Kenny: Ha! Women want us to think that they're tough, and then all
of a sudden, they get needy.
Roz: Men are like, "Come on baby, you can lean on me, oops, gotta
go."
Kenny: Yeah, women are like "Get away, get away. Don't leave me!"
Roz: [becoming caught in the heat of the exchange] Here's men:
[she groans disgustingly]
Kenny: Here's women: Me, me, me, me, me...

[He continues the "helpless" squeal, overlapping with Roz's groaning.]

Frasier: All right, stop it, both of you!

Here Tom McGowan really explores the Character of Kenny. And here Kenny becomes so much more lovable.

Vote Kenny

I REALLY didn't like her.

Me too.

I did like what Frasier said to her: it resonated will and has deep meaning- gives us all something to think about when we take people for granted:

Frasier: You know, you can act as tough as you want, but I see through
you.
Julia: Really?
Frasier: You're not in the big leagues anymore. Blame it on the market.
Blame it on bad luck. But somewhere in the back of your head
is that nagging voice that keeps saying maybe you weren't good
enough.

[Julia's look expresses that Frasier's words are true.]

Frasier: And now that you're here, you won't form relationships, you keep
everybody at arm's length, anything to convince yourself that
this is just a stop along the way. And above it all, I think
you're terrified that you're going to fail here too. Then what
do I know? I'm just a Magic Eight Ball with a Harvard... and
Oxford degree.

It has to be Noel - He is just so painfully geeky, and I love his freaky attraction to Roz. And his wee bit in Ham Radio's great too.

I voted for Gil, although I like all of them - even Kenny and Julia, who seem to be the least popular. I don't think Julia was particularly likeable, but I thought she was funny. And Kenny was sweet. He wasn't tough. He was soft. I think he's the kind of boss most people would like to have.

Did anyone actualy like Chopper Dave? I think he was in maybe 5 episodes, but he was really annoying, but I'm wondering if anyone here had a fondness for him?

I didn't really mind the bloke in all honesty, he seemed harmless and a bit simple.
