How do you do this? As you click on the "edit" button, but that's all it will let you do.

You can't delete once someone has responded to your post. At least I don't think you can. I think all you can do is edit after that point.
This is the STUPIDEST day I've ever had!

Yeah, Cat's right, I think. So the only thing you can do if you want to delete a post is just edit it and replace the text with [] or something.

My turn to ask a question - when you're typing a new post, the 'Subject' box comes up at the top - what happens if you type something in there? I've never tried it.

Hmm, I'll try it now.
