To be fair, FJ, other, even more epic, rants you've made since that time have eclipsed the Crawford one in my memory.

 Perhaps, but there has never been a rant so passionate about what a fucking twat that berret wearing asshole is.

Amy Pond in Series 5 of Doctor Who was unbearable, but thankfully, she's improved no end this year.

Daphne from Season 8 onwards.

Nearly every cardboard character from Lost.

Jennier Anniston's character in Friends (Rachel?)

Thank you! I certainly agree with that.

There are many, but I will list just a few.

My most despised fictional character is Yahweh, the god of the old testament. Without a doubt the most maniacal, childish, cruel genocidal maniac in ALL literature.

The next is the character who was later joined with Yahweh, Jesus Christ. A xenophobic and hateful character, two faced and cowardly, spiteful and insipid zealot.

Medea. A woman who made a meal of her own children out of jealous revenge.

Halirrhothius. Son of Possidon who raped Alcippe. I hate rapists.

Lady MacBeth. And her husband.

Hamlet.

Jar jar obviously.

Frank Burns eats worms.

En masse, the Borg.

Hannibal Lector.

Thqt is a very short list. Don't get me started on historical figures! :-)

Also I don't post the above re' any gods to argue. Many gods don't meet my approval, but those are the worst, becoming one and the same.

I'm a Borg fan! I love the episodes that they appear in, I think they're one of the best Trek 'species' (I know they're not a species as such, but hopefully you know what I mean!), very well thought out and interesting. I love the 'resistance is futile' phrase, and the collective voices. Not so sure about the Borg Queen, as her existence contradicts some of the earlier storylines about the Collective - but nonetheless, still cool. :D

I liked the idea of the Borg and their initial appearances. i didn't like how they were developed, especially into film with the Borg Queen. Like you say, it made no sense.

I just don't want Borg chasing me. I loved as an evil force. :-)

Well, yeah, when you put it like that - I have to admit I'm not enamoured by the idea of being assimilated either.

Scooby Doo is a good one. That would be right up there on my list. Jar Jar Binks is another. The fat kid from "Lord of the Flies." Romeo and Juliet are two more. Robin would be right up there, too. Talia Shire's character in all three "Godfather" films. I'd have to really think about it to get a good list, but those are right up there for me.

I didn't mind her so much, but if you want to "off" Michaels daughter from the 3rd film, you'll have no complaint from me.

Eh, that's too easy, and she was only in the one film (well, I guess two if you count the first film). I like Talia Shire, but that character got on my nerves in every single film.
