On weeknights it's usually between 11:30 and midnight. I find it really hard to go to sleep before that, even if I have to get up around 6:30. On weekends or when I don't have to go to work in the morning, between 1 and 2 am.
Incidentally I've had a lot of trouble adjusting back to our time after my New York trip. Last week I couldn't go to sleep until 3 or 3:30 am. I've never had those problems before.
