The morning after melting your plastic chopping board on to your halogen hob, don't go into the kitchen in the semi-darkness, barely awake, and heat up a frying pan on the hob - you'll quickly realise that you forgot to the plastic off from the night before.

The Methodists have allowed wine to be taken during their worship. Perhaps the vinegar bible will be outselling the King James edition from now on?

That's a shame, for one specific reason: Methodist Communion 'Wine' is deeelicious!!

I was playing on the Methodist line.. Atheism is a non-evangelistic form. :)

Today I learnt that Crocs are the worst footwear ever in deep snow.

They've got competition for worst. It's been funny seeing some people walking around in some sorry looking, soggy, Ugg boots.

You included three unnecessary words on the end of that sentence. ;)

Ha, yeah, I managed to dissuade the missus from wearing her highly expensive Uggs yesterday and pop on snow boots instead. She'd have quite happily ruined them to look like all the other mums in the playground

I wear them as 'slippers' inside the house - they're comfy and I can pop to the garage, bins etc. without being arsed to change into anything else :D Doesn't quite work in snow though. Oh, they're totally useless on the beach as well. They somehow manage to take in more sand than is actually ON the beach...

What bugs me is when it is a beautiful day outside, so a chick wears shorts and freaking Ugg boots. I mean, really?! Really?! Dear girl: Ridiculousness called and needs you in their club!

Apologies to anyone who owns a pair, but I can't think of any weather situation in the world that calls for the use of Ugg boots. They seem useless for all levels of hot, cold, wet and dry.

When I first saw people out and about in them, I genuinely thought they'd forgotten to change out of their slippers.
