Thank Christ for that.
I thought his forehead and eyes were Niles, and the mouth and chin were about as Frasier-like as it comes.

although IMO the best look-a-like they had was David Coulthard and the statues on Easter Island, it's uncanny

as my mate Beth said, to be sucessful in F1 you need a distinctive facial feature, DC's square head, Schumi's chin, Jens's beard, well that's all we came up with on Sat

Have his moustache-less sons made any progress in the recent world of motor racing?
I know they were in the game a while back.

The look on his faces confuses me. I'm not sure if he's happy or has made tentative plans to crack open my head and drink whatever he finds in there.

 I'd go with the latter. He does look a lot like Frasier's insane evil twin.

*Sigh* Why can't I give up on something that I know is a lost cause? Head says one thing, heart says another.

Good point. :( Anything I can do about that? Not really. Just wait for heart to catch up, I suppose.

The fact that there is so much stuff in my house confuses me! It's a fairly old house, and there are all sorts of cupboards and hidden places. Even though I've spent most of my life here, it still amazes me that there are so many boxes and just things that I've never seen.

I'm having new carpet fitted on the stairs tomorrow, and when dad and I pulled the old one up, we found that one of the steps had dropped slightly. So we cleared out the cupboard under the stairs so that we could get in there and mend it. I swear I've never seen the back of that cupboard before - as long as I've been alive, it's always been crammed full of boxes (I live in my parents' old house btw!). Some of the gems / junk* we uncovered included a 1940s picnic set in a leather case, some unusual handpainted china - not sure who it was made by, anyone know anything about antiques? - a military gas mask, a cine-camera, films and stand and a very old sewing machine.

I still haven't seen the back of the cupboard - it goes right the way to the bottom stair, so there's still stuff in there that hasn't seen the light of day for a few decades. There are also countless boxes up in the attic and under the house that contain goodness knows what! Wish I knew a bit more about antiques.
