Things that p*** me off

Postby Dorset Girl » Fri Feb 13, 2009 9:31 am

Feel free to add to my list, I'll be adding some more myself shortly.

This morning's thing that pisses me off is friends who email me and liberally use the word 'hun' - as in "Are you okay hun?" "Don't worry about it hun." And even worse than that - 'hunni'! That last one makes me feel sick... although hubby calls me 'honeybunny' which I like, so that doesn't make much sense, but never mind. :)

Cool, another chance to use the old Jerry Sadowitz joke. There's only three things that piss me off: People, things and miscellaneous.

I guess there's lots of things that piss me off, but the little things include TV shows being moved around the schedules, and being randomly dropped for weeks, without explanation; electronic items having only standby buttons rather than on/off switches; people trundling down the centre lane of the motorway when there's plenty of room to move the fuck over. I have plenty more :D

Ooh, yes, I'd agree with that one! Our Sky box doesn't have an 'off' switch. We turn it off at the socket every night, but then it takes a bloody age to search for listings and start up the next day.

People saying 'kids' instead of 'Children'
Sack the Englsih football team. Anyone involved with the team in SA should never go near the FA again........except the man, or woman it could have been a lady who drove the bus.

oh that would be nice. I am sure they creep around like mice!

I remember being woken up in the middle of the day by the labour party candidate during an election campaign after a bad nights lambing..............oddly he did not get my vote, he did get a flea in his ear.

Now this is anonying local police warning people that there is some 'dodgy' drugs going around............why warn them? Let the druggies try it and kill a few off.

People driving TOO slow!

Makes me insane when somebody drives under the speed limit unless it's snowing or icy or something of that nature.
This is the STUPIDEST day I've ever had!

Oh deary me you are all so up tight and sensitive. Settle down.

As DG has confirmed I mentioned last week that I prefer not to use the word 'kid' in relation to 'children'

As this is a thread about what pisses one of I thought I may just mention it.
