I had to look at that train sign twice because to me the date on that sign was June 12, 2010! I was thinking WTF? Why is there a sign up there from June and why would there be "bad weather" in June? Then I realized you guys are all backwards with your dates like you are with your cars!

I don't know. The US military does it your way though.

The OCD part of me likes doing it the way we do - starting with the shortest period of time and moving through to the longest.

Admittedly, it would be confusing if we did that with hours and minutes, though.
