I'd say you sum it up pretty well, DG. Very poor advert for erotic literature. Stating the bleeding obvious but there are far, far better female authors writing books about sex.

The way the media are blethering on about it you'd think that before this book appeared women never talked about, read, or indulged in sex outside of the missionary position for procreation only.

It came from being a ropey Twilight fanfic anyway. People are paying for something that was/is? out there for free. PT Barnum's sucker born every minute quote fits.

You could take photos of yourself with the giant biscuits, and pretend you're really small.

If only. I have to share them, anyway, so that'll save a few calories.

It's good.

Spent money I didn't really have (eight whole dollars!) on a copy of the Robert Mitchum bio, "Baby, I Don't Care."

Jesus, what a life this guy lived. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

I can't wait for them to arrive! Also means I won't have to hold wire of head phones in a certain place to hear like I have been for past month!

Went shopping in Oxford got some leggings and hair bands from primark and some new knickers from Ann summers as they were only £1 a pair.

Van Halen's Greatest Hits, and Lady Gaga's Fame Monster, both on CD - £9 for the two from Asda. I already have most of the Van Halen tracks, and I have a torrent of the Lady Gaga album, but couldn't get it to play in my car. Now I'm more used to driving, I absolutely love turning the music up loudly and enjoying the time alone.
