Which Windows operating system are you using, Patrick? My laptop has Windows 8, I don't really like it but at least it's better than Vista! :D

I quite like 8 on their tablets (not enough to make me move from android, but i find it tidy enough), but i've stuck with win7 on my laptop (which has happily been as stable as anything for me). win8 seems a bit more clunky on non-handheld, but i've not really hammered it properly.

I currently have 8.1 with all the updates and it stills bugs the hell out of me. after a day or two I need to restart/reboot the system because all sorts of glitches are happening, like for example I can't close a program and need to force its deletion, icons leave a mark on the background, annoying stuff like that. This is some sloppy work. It's like they don't care to have a clean Operating system.

A new computer and for the first time ever since I owned my first computer nearly 20 years ago, it's not running the Windows operating system. I have a 27 inch iMac. :)

It's great M-C. It's so much different to a PC and eventhough I've never used a Mac before it is really easy to use.
