sounds horrible, and I don't suppose you would have it's from quite a small brewery (I don't like yoghurt and am not overly keen on peaches)

Weirdly enough, they sell Lakeland Gold in our local Asda, in spite of being miles from the Lake District. I guess it's one they've picked up while ales are growing in popularity. Handy that a number of the smaller breweries are getting stocked by retailers nowadays.

Pizza from Pizza Hut. Quite nice, but not too healthy.

That's worrying, Woggle. :( Are you managing to eat a decent amount of food nowadays?

I think you must be breathing out your weight, and I'm breathing it in - I put on 6lb over Christmas and still haven't managed to shift it (eating things like pizza may be the cause of that, though...).

Lolol, you wore goggles whilst slicing onions? Hahaha, funny mental picture! :D

You could patent them as a new invention - 'Wogglegoggles', especially for onion chefs.

 An Aero bar.
Like Polo mints, Aero bars took the fact that 50% of the mass is "hole" (empty, nothing, bugger all) and turned it into a marketing +

I've decided to eat lots of pasta this week, and very little meat, to see if that gets me back on track with regard to losing weight! Tonight I had a big dish of fusilli with a few olives, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and king prawns. It was delicious, and really filling.
