£11,100.00 now, and wow, have you seen the list of stuff companies are donating to go with the wetsuit?! The guy's set up a website just to answer all thousands of questions he's been asked.

 I've been keeping an eye on it, and I thought people were starting top take the piss when it got over 11 grand, but then all these companies donated stuff and the highest bid price has gone down, so hopefully all the fake bids have been rejected and only serious bidders are involved now.

I know the whole thing started as a joke, but it's a bit nasty to sabotage a charity auction.
The guy has given a lot of people a lot of laughs and raised a lot of money for charity.
He should be very proud of himself 8-)

Coincidentally just looked at it to find there are only ten minutes to go! Will report back shortly...

Three people retracted their bids as I watched! Final price £8,999 - that's pretty good!

 That's a pretty good finish price 8-)
I'm still amazed at how many companies jumped on board (no pun intended) and donated stuff.

How sad is it that assholes with nothing better to do with their time can sabotage a charity auction with silly bids they have no intention of honoring?

Never fails to happen on eBay. The death penalty is wasted on murderers and other 'serious' things. It'd be far more useful for so called 'petty' stuff like littering, and fake auction bids.
