And this was happened on September 11th 1997 same date (apart from year) as the poor David Angell was on the plane in 2001 sad bit piece of fact

Another interesting bad sad fact regarding David Angell: In Odd Man Out, the flight that "Laura" is arriving on is American Flight 11. The very same airline and flight number Angell was on when it crashed on 9/11.
