What's your favorite Niles line ever?

It's true. Even when Joe Keenan writes a (for him) sub-par episode it's still littered with memorable dialogue. This is my favourite scene from that ep:-

Frasier: Well, I think a little mistrust adds mystery to a relationship.
Brandy: Mystery I could stand if he didn't neglect me so much. Every time we go for a romantic dinner he gets a phone call and bang, it's "Gotta work babe, finish your lobster. I'll send you a limo."
Frasier: Lobster? Limos? My God, give me his number and I'll marry him!
Brandy: Money ain't everything, especially when you've got a sex life like ours...
Roz: He's not even good in bed?
Brandy: Who knows? We're never there long enough to find out!

I paraphrased a great Niles' line on Monday. The future Mrs BT and I had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe in Edinburgh and we ordered steak sandwiches. When they came, the steak was covered in cheese. Angie said, it must be an American thing - I replied "they have it every day. Every day in ARKANSAS!" Unfortunately I then had to explain the joke and the reference, which kind of killed it and left me realising that I aren't as funny as I sometimes think I am.

I don't know. It was almost, but not entirely, unlike cheese and almost, but not quite, plastic.

That sounds like a Philly cheesesteak to me.
I think the cheese used should really be mozzarella but I have seen not eaten the plastic-y, processed, bright yellow, square crap (the sort you get on a burger) on them before.
