The first act of "Three Valentines" - David Hyde Pierce is brilliant
This one is low brow, but gets me every time: The elevator scene in "Three Dates and a Breakup" with Frasier trying to tuck in his shirt.
The 'Let your brother play' speech in "Forgotten But Not Gone".

"a line started to form behind me", "my brother was with me for moral support"
and last but not least "I got out of there without paying the four dollars!"
The saving grace of an otherwise dull episode.

Again, I'm disagreeing on this episode, which I find enjoyable throughout--and Luis Guzman was wonderfully deadpan.
Great Niles line: "You won't be satisfied until either everyone agrees with you or has suffered for failing to."
...And what about "Trust me, no one is more 'birdly' than Niles!"

Well, even Frasier says that he doesn't understand a word the guy is saying, so it may just be that the man's apparent gibberish, is just that... gibberish.

I find Simon the most dislikable by far.
Michael seems to be the offspring of Yorkshire and Scotland
I think his character works much better for not speaking clearly. Just one clear word after a bunch of nonsence. "Cannon" was good, but my favourite line (while discussing drinks) was "irjrgwethjwdgk[dehgjeorhpwdkgwehyjr3pwkghdqlkghkwt - THREE" (holds fingers up)
I think Michael is quite a likeable bloke.

Niles jumping on the coffee table during the mishap with the starter pistol.
Frasier and Roz falling asleep while on the air.
Frasier and Roz arguing and Roz yelling "Freaks, Freaks on Line One, Freaks on Line Two!"
Frasier and Roz doing a sex talk show in the middle of the night and Roz becomes Kitty.
You have to watch it from the beginning, but from the second half of the show, it's one lol moment after another!
Even the tag scene at the end where Eddie has the cone around his neck and they put him on top of the TV to get better reception is funny.

I really love Out With Dad in general, but the best part for me is after Niles gets muscled into pretending to be his dad's boyfriend and in an effort to escape, he totally hams it up to storm out for Martin's ~suspicion~. Every time I see it I burst out laughing when he turns on his heel and starts yelling indignantly, and the look on Martin's face! Priceless.
I also love the Hot and Foamy bit, but for me I always wait for Daphne's line. It cracks me up. "You know what musta happened? My hot and foamy musta exploded!" and Daphne says "He was a detective, you know!"
Another favorite moment of mine is pretty early on, I can't remember what episode it was. Niles is talking to Daphne in the kitchen and he's trying to very casually sit on the counter, but he's a little too short to do it and has a couple false starts before he finally jumps up and smacks his head on the hood and collapses to the floor. Great slapstick. Another hilarious Niles moment in the kitchen is when Martin asks him to fish out whatever is blocking the disposal, so he sticks his hand down in the sink. Then Frasier obliviously turns on the coffee grinder and Niles screams and flings himself away from the sink, crashing into all the stuff sitting on the opposite counter.
Niles is my favorite so I guess I like his snarky humor and occasional total humiliation the most >.>
