Well, six of one...

Frasier, in Our Parents, Ourselves when he and Roz are talking about a pact to marry/kill each other rather than be alone and old.
That was a tricky one!

oops... I forgot to add a new quote, sorry! Newbie mistake.

"I'm starting to get that Romanian peasant look again."

Roz, from the episode The Candidate.

This one should be easy:

"Look out! He's got a nug" :-)

Bulldog's Dyslexic girlfriend in Ham Radio.

Probably easy:

Wait. We have a tie!

Not that easy! :) It's Frasier, in Dial M for Martin, enjoying his new-found bachelor pad and the absence of Martin in it.
I almost said Bebe ("And Frasier Crane, alert the judges, we have a tie!").

"Splat went the food all over the stuffed bears for the toy drive."

Neither :). It was a one-episode character, though.

That was Frasiers new agent Ben in the episode "The Zoo Story".

That was in Beware Of Greeks. Aunt Zora says that of her Sous-Chef, turns out she's the one who put it there.

How about this one?

"If mummy goes to heaven, will you take care of me?"

Bebe's assistant! Pretending to be the little girl. Didn't Bebe say her assistant was her mother? So Bebe's mother.

You forgot to ask your question.

I'm fairly confident that it was Niles, but it may be Frasier.

"Who's funnier than Daniel Day Lewis?"

It was indeed Frasier, and your quote is Niles's :).

"I was in college, I was trying to find myself."

Roz playing "I am the dullest person" in that black out episode. I remember that Niles response to that was "All you needed was to look under the nearest man." I could be paraphrasing there.

Who says this?

"That's two games!"

Niles in A Crane's Critique, trying to impress T H Houghton
A very short one:

"Do!"

I'm certain that's Frasier. I'll put a quote just in case I'm right.

"Thank goodness the line wasn't busy."

Since I know I'm right, here's my quote: :)

"Clifford..."

It must be in RDWER, the man is called Clifford and the woman says his name several times, so it must be one of those times.

Guess two people this time:

-Three.

-AHHHHHH!

Too easy! It's a woman at the Jewish wake, where Frasier goes to find out why a man his own age has died (Death Becomes Him). The mirrors are hidden and Frasier just told her that she looks very nice.

My turn:

Poop! Hell, damn!

That's Bebe in the Zoo Story.

Another one:

Probably Japan!
