Cam Winston couldn't be more than two inches taller than Frasier, if that. Irritating.

Why don't they address that in the final season, when Denise comes to visit and escorts Frasier to the SeaBees? This seems like the kind of think Deb would love to jump all over.
edit: misspelled Denise's name [like it matters!]

I always found it weird that after 9 years, Roz's family had never met Frasier or even saw a picture of him. Despite the fact that I'm one of a few people that actually really likes that episode, that has always bothered me.

It's like some hellish hybrid of southern and valley-girl. I've always hated it.

When Ronnie, Martin and Frasier meet him for the first time, he appears to be a "regular" size. Then, at Frasier's appartment, he is no bigger than a wooden spoon wrapped in a blanket. Cut to Frasier's speech at KACL, and ta-da! he's back to a normal size again.
I saw The Friend again yesterday and was instantly reminded how much the larger-than-usual table, which just so happens to be covered for the one and only time in the sole tablecloth owned by Cafe Nervosa when Bob and Frasier sit at it to talk at their first meeting, bugged me too.

The one thing that stuck out in my mind while reading this thread is the time where Daphne uses "fanny" as slang for "bottom" - I can't imagine any english person saying that with a straight face! Seemed a bit lazy and I'm surprised Jane Leeves didn't say anything.

Well, I think it's reasonable to assume she picks up a lot of American idioms after living here for a while. She says "elevator" instead of "lift," too. I imagine if I moved to England, I'd pick up some of the British idioms after a few years.

That's fair enough - hell, I use elevator and lift interchangably and I don't even live in the US - but considering what the word 'fanny' is used for in England, I'd find it a rather difficult definition to forget! (I can't even hear the term 'fanny pack' without supressing the urge to giggle. Very immature of me, I know.)
