I have to make a second post in this thread because now I recalled my real favourite laugher.
It's in "No sex please, we're skittish" in S11 when Roz returns to her job and wheels out the woman in a wheelchair (eelchair-way!) so you can see her head passing by the window in the back of Frasier's booth. I guess it's the look on Roz's face, the element of physical comedy, and perhaps the guilty pleasure from laughing at this act of cruelty against a disabled person, that makes it so hilarious...

And after that, when Frasier continued the tough guy yelling to Niles, who then slaps him in the face. And Frasier collects himself. ROFL!!!

I can't remember which episode, but when Frasier and Niles are arguing and Frasier tells Niles that he's just like their father and Niles huffs, "YOU TAKE THAT BACK"! Just the way he says it is priceless.

Also, another one with Niles when he and Frasier were arguing on their cellphones in Frasier's condo and Frasier realizes how silly it is and hangs up to continue the fight in person and Niles says with outrage, "How dare you hang up on me!".
